Are reviewers really free?
Yes — forever, in every tier. Reviewers comment with no account and never count toward a seat. The viral loop is the product; we never put a meter on it.
What counts as a billable author?
Only members who can publish — owners, admins, and authors. Free covers up to 3. The 4th author is the natural point to move to Team.
Why is there no checkout?
At v1 we set up paid workspaces by hand so we can learn from every team that signs on. Hit “Contact us” on Team and we’ll get you running fast.
What does Team include for compliance?
A tamper-evident audit trail plus external anchoring (RFC-3161 / Sigstore), WebAuthn non-repudiation, and open-format auditor export. SOC 2 Type II and SCIM are labeled roadmap, not sold today.
